@Xfinity I wanted to see other pkg offers for my account. Select Dbl Play is available for $89.99(no term agreement). I’m paying almost $200 for the same service w/o ANY premiums. Cust. Retention is useless. This needs to be resolved ASAP!

@comcastcares I was charged $60 for an technician installation fee that I ended up not needing after setting up the service myself. The technician I spoke to said I would be refunded, but the charge is still on my bill.

@RCNconnects I’m having a hard time deciding who has worse customer service: you or Comcast. Considering I just got a bill AFTER CANCELLING MY CRAPPY SERVICE with an unspecified $175 “one time fee” on it I’d say it’s you guys, even though the first Comcast tech I had made me cry.

@TKavulla @PepcoConnect For what it’s worth, when I still had cable/internet at my house & they had an outage, I always argued getting a credit based on the hours/days w/o service & they generally gave it to me w/o fight. Now of course, After I cut the cord w/ @comcast I don’t have to worry about it. 😆

I got on a @comcastcares service call waitlist yesterday and was notified my appointment would be moved up to 7:30-10am this morning. Got a call from the tech at 9am, asked me what was wrong, then interrupted me to put me on hold. I hung up after a few minutes because WTF.

@hawkguymatt @Xfinity @YouTubeTV We use Hulu live during sports season and when March madness ends, we cancel it until week 0 again. It’s worked really well and we save money for 4 months because we literally don’t watch cable tv programming.
