What is a Lazy Keto Diet?
A lazy keto diet is a simple and straightforward approach to the keto diet. It requires eating low carbohydrate percentage meals recipes, also known as lazy keto meals, this way, you don’t need to macro count.
How Does a Lazy Diet Work?
The key to a successful lazy keto diet is finding recipes that have a low carbohydrate percentage. Your overall daily carbohydrate intake shouldn’t exceed 10% of your diet; for a 2000 calorie diet, this would be 50g of carbohydrates.
However, with all the lazy meals under 10% carbs, you don’t have to worry about overeating carbohydrates.
