How to Get Nerscylla Early
Go Back to the Spider Nest in Babda Rainforest
After defeating the Nerscylla in the Totally Rad 'Shroom Hunt, there will now be a static spawn in the spider nest you fought it in.
To get a Nerscylla early for its Ivy Climb, throw a paintball at it, then paralyze it with a Paralyzing Knife to guarantee its retreat before defeating it. Doing so should net you a guaranteed Nerscylla Egg!
Nerscylla Location and Retreat Conditions
Find in Perennial Pass
You can find Nerscylla and their egg nests in Perennial Pass. With a Qurupeco's Monster Call, you can lure them out and possibly make them retreat!

To get guaranteed Nerscylla eggs, you can make them retreat by following the conditions above conditions. Afterwards, follow them to their den and gather an egg from their nest while Nerscylla is sleeping!
Optionally, you can get the Den Protector skill to further increase the chances of Nerscylla retreating. You can get this skill early with the Pink Rathian's armor, Rath Heart Armor!
