When I couldn't get an appointment at my dealership, when my onboard computer warned me that I was down to 7% oil, I looked up oil changing places near my Spencerport home, and Valvoline was the closest, so I decided to try you out. It was the best decision I could have made. There was a 10-minute wait when I got there, which wasn't too bad seeing as it was the Sunday before a holiday, and the workers were very professional and helpful for me.

I asked to have my tire pressure set at 40psi. I asked that they make sure my stem cap was placed back on bevouse too often, the cap is left off. When I got home, I was missing the stem cap on my passenger side rear tire. The manager said he would check to make sure it was on. Obviously he must've forgotten. Please make sure you replace the caps back on once you add air to my tires. Thank you.

The team members were great! The team member that put my air in the tires must of messed up because my light on the dash board came on with tire pressure had it checked by a family member and air had to be added and the light went off! The light never came on before until the guy at valvoline checked my tires! I did call and let them know what was going on! Other than that everything and everyone were good! 😊
