Lost power for the third time, second time in less than two hours. @DominionEnergy is lying to its customers by saying there are no rolling blackouts and that their grid is built to handle extreme cold. It isn’t and they are shifting power without telling its ratepayers.

In case y'all were wondering, we're approaching 24 hours since the heat went out and @DominionEnergy is still nowhere to be seen... best we've heard is they "hope" to have it fixed by midnight tonight...

@DominionEnergy can you guys please get your business in line! Multiple houses in my area with frozen gas lines, meters replaced, lines blown out and frozen within hours. There is a major problem, we are 5 days into winter!!! Fix this!!!

@DominionEnergy you came to our home after 17 hrs of no heat to replace the meter yesterday. We come home tonight and NO HEAT! You sent a technician who told us there are no crews to fix the gas lines, which are frozen, tonight. Unacceptable service. It's 9 degrees outside.
